Reservation policy

The entire amount of booking for the total period of stay has to be paid in order to confirm the booking. The package rate is subject to change without any prior notice.

The booking amount is non–refundable.

In the event of premature, departure or non-utilization of services offered for no fault of the hotel, the advance payment made will be forfeited in full.

Any change in the composition of the group or any alteration in arrival /departure date shall be entertained 20 days for Group and 15 days for FIT’s, before the arrival date. For cancellation made under 7 days, the retention charge will be 75% of the total booking and for more than 7 days notice 50% of the total booking.

For cancellation made under 3 days ,the retention will be charged for the entire booking.

In the absence of any advance payment, by the travel agent, the management will approach the client directly for settlement of bills, before leaving the hotel.

Refund Policy

• Refund amount will be ascertained as per cancellation policy and refund will be paid to the customer within 20 working days after getting approval of the management of vuemagique. The amount of Refund will be paid either through cheque or NEFT.
• Amendments and changes to booking will be subject to rate policies or terms & condition mentioned on confirmation voucher/email.

Cancellation Policy

• If cancelled from 0 days to 7 days before the check-in date 75.00% of the booking amount will be charged.
• If cancelled from 8 days to 15 days before the check-in date 50.00% of the booking amount will be charged.
• If cancelled from 16 days to 30 days before the check-in date 20.00% of the booking amount will be charged.
